In addition to helping you with your current coursework, our academic support services can assist you in developing learning skills for the long term. Please utilize our resources to enhance your academic success.

About US

We offer the following free services to currently enrolled PSU students:

• Peer tutoring
• Supplemental Instruction for BIO 101-103 and Statistics 243-244
• Study strategies workshops
• Resource area

We are certified by the College Reading and Learning Association, a national organization that recognizes university tutoring programs.

Only current-term PSU students may use our services as we are funded by student fees.

Who We Are

Tutors are invaluable to the SETC. Our experienced tutors are undergraduate and graduate PSU students who are knowledgeable in their subject areas and are recommended by faculty. If you are interested in becoming a tutor, come by SMSU 439 to pick up an application. You must be a PSU student to work at the SETC.
